atop is a "top" for the Amiga Shell: a live system monitor with five
panels: CPU load, CHIP/FAST memory, volumes, network throughput and
the task list, drawn in the console's own window.

  * CPU and network are braille-style plots; memory and volumes are
    square meters coloured green/amber/red by usage.
  * The task list shows each task's command name; it can be sorted
    (priority, type, state, name), filtered by name with '/', and a
    selected task can be sent CTRL-C/D/E/F, with a confirm before ^C.
  * The sample period is adjustable from 100 ms to 30 s and is
    remembered between runs.
  * Full mouse support under ViNCEd (click headers to sort, rows to
    select, the buttons to signal); every action also has a key, so a
    plain CON: or KingCON works fine on the keyboard.
  * Run it from a Shell (it takes over that window) or double-click
    the icon (it opens its own window and closes it when you quit).
    Icon tooltypes LEFT/TOP/WIDTH/HEIGHT size that window.

It reads only public system state, Exec task lists, AvailMem, the
DosList, VERTB timing and the network interface counters and patches
or hooks nothing.

Requirements

  * AmigaOS 3.0 or newer. Tested on 3.1, 3.2.3, and 3.9
  * A 68020 or better.
  * ViNCEd is recommended (it is the densest console and the only one
    that provides the mouse), but any console works on the keyboard.
  * For the network panel: Roadshow (used automatically), or any other
    stack via a named SANA-II device - see the docs.

It does NOT run on an AROS console (e.g. ApolloOS); it detects that and
exits with a message rather than misbehave.
